New Delhi: India is set to make a powerful impression at the Dubai Air Show 2025, with Raksha Rajya Mantri Sanjay Seth leading a high-level delegation to the prestigious international aerospace event scheduled for 17–18 November in the United Arab Emirates.

The Indian delegation comprises senior officials from the Department of Defence, Department of Defence Production, Ministry of External Affairs, and the Armed Forces, underscoring the strategic importance of the event for India’s defence diplomacy and industrial outreach.

On the sidelines of the Air Show, RRM Sanjay Seth will hold a bilateral meeting with his UAE counterpart to strengthen defence ties and explore avenues for collaboration in technology and manufacturing. He will also chair a major industry round table featuring approximately 50 companies from India, UAE, Australia, USA, Brazil, UK, and Italy. The round table aims to foster partnerships and accelerate India’s defence production capabilities under the Aatmanirbhar Bharat initiative.

A key highlight of India’s participation will be the inauguration of the India Pavilion by RRM Sanjay Seth. The Pavilion will host leading defence entities such as Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), Corel Technologies, Dantal Hydraulics, Image Synergy Ekxplor, and SFO Technologies, showcasing India’s technological prowess and manufacturing excellence.

In addition to the Pavilion, 19 Indian defence firms—including Bharat Forge, BrahMos Aerospace, Tech Mahindra, and HBL Engineering—will present their innovations independently. Furthermore, 15 Indian startups will exhibit cutting-edge products and solutions, reflecting the vibrancy and innovation of India’s emerging defence ecosystem.

The Indian Air Force will add aerial flair to the event with the participation of the Suryakiran Aerobatic Team and the indigenously developed Light Combat Aircraft (LCA) Tejas, both of which symbolize India’s growing self-reliance in air power.

The Dubai Air Show, held biennially, is one of the world’s largest aerospace exhibitions, attracting over 1,500 exhibitors and more than 148,000 industry professionals from 150 countries. Global aerospace giants such as Bombardier, Dassault Aviation, Embraer, Thales, Airbus, Lockheed Martin, and Calidus are among the key participants.

India’s robust presence at the Dubai Air Show 2025 reflects its strategic intent to deepen global defence partnerships, promote indigenous capabilities, and position itself as a rising power in the international aerospace and defence arena
