Hyderabad: Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited, a rapidly growing Indian company specializing in AI and cybersecurity, has been officially empaneled as a 5G Fixed Wireless Access (5GFWA) System Integrator by Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL). This strategic empanelment empowers the company to deliver next-generation 5G Internet Leased Line (ILL) services across Andhra Pradesh and at the national level, marking a significant milestone in India’s digital transformation journey.
According to a formal communication from the Office of the Chief General Manager, BSNL Andhra Pradesh Circle (Ref: APCO-12/15(11)/1/2025-EB-APCO/57, dated 20 August 2025), Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited has been empaneled as a National Level System Integrator for the establishment and maintenance of customer private networks within the BSNL AP Telecom Circle. The empanelment is valid for five years, from 8 August 2025 to 7 August 2030, and is governed by the terms outlined in the Expression of Interest (EOI) for empanelment.
In addition, an Empanelment Agreement signed on 31 July 2025 between BSNL and Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited further cements the collaboration. Under this agreement, Blue Cloud will serve as a 5GFWA Partner to provide Internet Leased Line services on a revenue-sharing basis to enterprises and other entities. The agreement is valid for 60 months, from 31 July 2025 to 30 July 2030, with provisions for extension.
Under the terms of the agreement:
- Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited will be responsible for designing, supplying, deploying, operating, and maintaining the 5G Radio Access Network (RAN), Edge CORE, radio access equipment, and Customer Premises Equipment (CPE). The company will also handle installation, commissioning, and active promotion of 5GFWA services to enterprise customers.
- BSNL will provide infrastructure support including space, power, tower access, backhaul IP connectivity, spectrum, and ILL bandwidth. BSNL will also manage billing and customer payments, with services marketed under the BSNL brand.
The revenue-sharing model will allocate monthly revenue between Blue Cloud and BSNL in a 70:30 ratio, favoring Blue Cloud based on business volume.
