New Delhi: Awfis, India’s largest and first publicly listed workspace solutions company, has announced the launch of its first Gold Centre in Pune. Located at Eleven West by Panchshil on Baner Pancard Club Road, the new centre marks a significant milestone in Awfis’ expansion strategy, adding 28,103 sq. ft. of built-up area to its growing portfolio.
With this launch, Awfis now operates 29 centres in Pune, reinforcing its position as a leading provider of flexible workspaces in one of India’s fastest-growing business hubs. Nationally, the company has expanded to over 200 centres, offering more than 140,000 seats across 18 cities as of June 2025.
