New Delhi: Dabur India Ltd., one of the country’s leading names in beauty and personal care, has announced a strategic partnership with Unicommerce, a top e-commerce enablement SaaS platform, to enhance the omnichannel capabilities of its retail brand, NewU.
NewU, operated by H&B Stores Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Dabur, offers a wide range of cosmetics, skincare, hair care, grooming, and fragrance products from renowned national and international brands. With over 120 stores across 35+ cities, the brand is rapidly expanding its footprint in India’s beauty retail landscape.
The collaboration will see NewU deploy Unicommerce’s flagship Uniware suite, enabling seamless integration and automation of order processing across its brand website, online marketplaces, quick commerce platforms, and offline stores. This move is aimed at delivering a unified shopping experience, allowing customers to browse products online, check availability, place orders through their preferred channels, and choose between home delivery or in-store pickup.
