Bengaluru: Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd. (ROHL) is deepening its footprint in Central India with the signing of a new property in Jabalpur, a city rapidly emerging as a strategic hub at the intersection of Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and Maharashtra. The upcoming 54-key Regenta Resort Jabalpur, developed in collaboration with Triumph Devcon & Trading Private Limited, will operate under a management agreement, reflecting ROHL’s asset-light growth strategy and its commitment to bringing quality hospitality to promising, underserved markets.
Thoughtfully designed to cater to both leisure and business travelers, the resort will offer a comprehensive guest experience, including a multi-cuisine restaurant, bar, gym, spa, and swimming pool. For events and celebrations, the property will feature three banquet halls (7,000 sq. ft., 3,500 sq. ft., and 3,500 sq. ft.) and two expansive lawns covering 40,000 sq. ft., making it an ideal venue for destination weddings, corporate retreats, and large social gatherings. Strategically located just 5 km from the railway station and 18 km from the airport, with direct access to the national highway, the resort offers convenience and connectivity for guests traveling from across the region.
